Produced for Fender by the Fujigen factory in 1991, this is an "Order Made" variant of the STR-850LS that was originally a premium model from the "Pro Feel" series of guitars that were designed to satisfy the needs of "modern" guitarists.
Ash body with a transparent brown finish bolted to a satin feel birds-eye maple neck (22 frets, 648mm scale length, 10" radius, 43.5mm nut width), it weighs 4.1kg's. Factory loaded with an "American Standard" bridge system and roller nut along with the original Gotoh tuners. The previous owner appears to have removed the original pickups/wiring and installed a standard unbranded HSS Stratocaster loadout.
Well loved but still in good overall condition as pictured with some cosmetic wear and tear but no structural breaks or repairs. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing with a truss adjustment and fret polish. The truss works as it should, the frets are a little flat but have plenty of life left.
