Part of Charvel's Japanese catalog from 1996, the R-U50 features a basswood body with gravure quilt maple top bolted to a maple neck with a striped ebony fretboard (22 frets, 648mm scale length) and weighs 3.3kg's. Loaded with two SCF-100H single coils and a HF-100H humbucker controlled by a five-way switch, master volume and tone controls and a mini coil split toggle. This one appears all original except for the knobs.
Good used condition as pictured with a few basic signs of wear and tear from general use. Given a basic setup and service prior to listing with a fret polish and truss adjustment, plenty of life in the frets and a nice straight neck.
