Made in Japan in the 1970's, this Fresher branded Beatle Bass model aimed at being an affordable replica of the Hofner Violin Bass. Hollow construction with a plain top and back, bolt on maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard (30" scale length, 40mm nut width, 22 frets), it weighs 2.3kg's.

Japanese made bass humbuckers give it that rounded pop that you'd expect from this style of bass, they're controlled by on/off switches and independent volume knobs along with a rhythm/solo switch.

Very good vintage condition as pictured with only basic light signs of wear and tear, given a basic setup/service prior to listing. Frets are shiny and the truss adjusts as it should, neck is straight and plays nicely.
