Made in Japan in the mid 1970's, the TCL60 was a very rare early example of Fernandes copying the Fender Telecaster Custom design. Solid maple/silver heart body bolted to a maple neck and maple fingerboard, it weighs 3.9kg's. Loaded with the original single coil and wide-range humbucker pickups, a three-bolt neck plate with micro-tilt adjustment and a bullet truss rod, it's got all the 70's look, feel and sound you'd expect from a Tele Custom.
Reasonable cosmetic condition for its age with some wear and tear as pictured but no breaks or repairs. The pickguard looks to have been replaced at some stage and it's got a brand new output jack installed. The frets are shiny with life left and the neck is straight with a functional truss.
