Made by the Fujigen factory in 1977, the EG-700 was a mid-tier model from the Greco catalog and is mostly notable for being one of the heavier models in their range (with this one weighing just over 4.7kg's). Pancake mahogany body with a maple top, slim 60's neck profile with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (44mm nut width). Loaded with the original critically acclaimed Maxon humbuckers along with Greco stamped tuners and Japanese pots/hardware, this one seems to be all original with the exception of the missing pickup covers and the coil split mini toggle for the bridge pickup.
Very good overall condition for it's age as pictured with some basic wear and tear but no breaks or structural issues. The frets are played and show some light pitting but are polished and play smoothly, the truss adjusts as it should and the neck is straight.
