Made in small batches within the ESP Tokyo workshop, Esparto guitars were primarily made to replicate Fender style instruments. Looks to be a two piece ash body (almost a one-piece build as there's only one very small join on the lower bout) with a one piece rock maple neck (medium frets, 43mm nut width, slim C profile), it  weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with the original alnico neck pickup and two Fender Noiseless pickups in the middle and bridge positions along with what appears to be the original tuners and bridge.

Given a basic setup and service prior to listing. The frets show some signs of wear with mild pitting but are shiny and play well, the neck is straight with an adjustable truss. Cosmetically it shows a few signs of wear and tear (plus some sticker tan on the body and headstock) but overall it's in very nice shape for a 70's build.
