Made in Japan by the Matsumoku factory in 1978, the JB-450S was a classic model that aimed at replicating the Fender Jazz Bass being made around the same period. Sunburst finish on the alder body with a maple neck (39mm nut width) and bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays, it weighs 4.1kg's. This one appears to be all original except for the missing bridge cover.
Good vintage condition as pictured with some finish wear and tear from basic use. The neck is straight and the frets are shiny with some life left, the truss works as it should and the electronics were serviced and sound great. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing.
