Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1979, the SE-500 was a mid-range model from the Aria Pro II catalog. Features a Sunburst finish on an ash body bolted to a '62 profile maple neck with a veneer rosewood fingerboard and weighs 3.8kg's. Appears to be all original except for a replacement neck plate.
This is one of almost 50 guitars that we recently acquired from an Australian collector who kept most of his guitars safely stashed away and only used them very lightly at home.
Good vintage condition with light signs of wear and tear as pictured including light surface scuffs. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts well, the frets are vintage but are shiny and smooth and play well.
