Made in Japan in the late 1970's, this is a very rare FSG model double-neck wearing the Fernandes logo on the headstock (prior to them switching to predominantly Burny on their Gibson-style models). These models never appeared in the catalogs from the 1970's and were likely only made to order, making them exceedingly rare.
Replicating the famous Jimmy Page model Gibson EDS-1275, it features a mahogany body with two slim 60's style mahogany necks and rosewood fingerboard and weighs a reasonable 5.1kg's. Loaded with Fernandes in-house PAF style humbuckers along with the original Fernandes branded vintage-style tuners, it appears to be close to all original.
This one has a professional headstock repair on the 12-string headstock as pictured, it's a very solid job and is smooth to the touch. Other than the repair it's overall in good vintage condition with light wear and tear from general use. The frets are shiny and smooth on both necks and the truss rods on both worth as they should.
