The Casio EG-5 features a sturdy plastic body with a maple neck and hardtail bridge. The neck was made in the same factory as the 80's Fernandes models, so it's great quality. The main feature here is the onboard speaker, amplifier and cassette player to fulfil all your 1980's desires! This allows you to play along to your favourite old cassettes and pretend you're an actual musician (because you know you aren't), plus you're able to record yourself to listen back later.
Honestly, this thing is great. The onboard amplifier and speaker are surprisingly useful and the contour of the body is comfortable to play. Good overall condition, tested and showing basic signs of functionality on power supply (not included), untested on batteries. Has a small rattle inside, could easily be removed if you open it up.
