Made by the famous Matsumoku factory in Japan during what seems to be Feb 1980, this is a Westminster branded jazz bass that's modelled of the 70's Fender design. Featuring block inlays and cream binding on the rosewood fingerboard, this one has a really tidy three-tone sunburst finish and weighs a very reasonable 3.3kg's.
Recent setup and service and it's playing well. Some binding near the fretboard was reglued by a tech before we received the bass, not notable to the touch and has been done professionally. It's a very cool vintage option that won't break the bank!
