The Roadstar II series of guitars and basses were introduced in 1983 and continued on the path of the original Roadstars with modern takes on classic designs.
Japanese made in 1984, the RB824 was a factory fretless model with an arched alder body bolted to a maple neck with a 24 fret-lined rosewood fingerboard (41mm nut width, 34" scale length), it weighs 4.1kg's. Loaded with a pair of HI-B passive pickups controlled by tone, volume and balance knobs along with tri-sound switches along with the original Accucast bridge and Velve Tune tuners.
