A true pointy shredder from the 80's. Made in Japan by Tokai, this is a 1985 model F-55 with a geometric body, painted black maple neck with a reasonably round profile and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), weighs 3.6kg's. Traditional nut with a locking system on the headstock and a Tokai branded tremolo system, modern voiced rail style humbuckers and master volume/tone knobs.
This one appears to be all original as pictured with only light signs of wear, it seems to have had a slight bit of separation on the headstock that's been reglued and over sprayed but no structural issues. Frets are played but shiny and have light pitting, the neck is straight and the truss is adjustable.
