Made in Japan in the mid 1980's, the Yamaha BBVII-A was a mid-range model from the famous BB series. Solid alder body with a bolt on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (24 frets, 34" scale length, 41mm nut width), it weighs 4kg's. Loaded with the original Bass humbuckers controlled by a three-way selector and master volume/tone controls.
Received a basic setup and service prior to listing including a fretboard oil, fret polish and truss adjustment. The neck is straight and the frets have life left with mild signs of use and playwear.
