Part of Fender's famous "E Series" made by the Fujigen factory in the mid 1980's, the ST755 was one of the highest end Boxer/Contemporary series models available in the 1986 catalog. Gloss black finish on a basswood body with a maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length, 12" radius), it weighs just under 4kg's.
This model was factory loaded with a lot of high end components including Ezy Glider string trees, Schaller SF02PU humbuckers, a lever-activated locking nut, Schaller-made Fender tuners, a Fender System III tremolo system and 4-bolt neck plate with a tilt adjustor. The pickups are controlled by master volume/tone controls, a three-way selector and a coil split toggle switch.
Overall it's in clean vintage condition with some typical playwear for a mid-80's shredder. The frets have some life left with light pitting, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should. The pots were flushed and the jack was cleaned so the electronics are quiet and work perfectly.
