Shoegaze delight! Made in Japan in 1989, works perfectly.
Previously owned by a session guitarist who often plays on free-to-air morning TV shows.
The Boss PS-2 Pitch Shifter/Delay was a versatile 6 function effect with a lot of effective uses. The PS-2 featured octave up and down shifting along with up to 2 seconds of delay time in the one box, making it useful for those who want to experiment with tones with minimal pedalboard space.

The Balance knob controls the ratio of effected and dry signal, the F.Back (or Feedback) knob controls the amount of repeats of the delay or warps the octave tone (depending on the mode), the Fine/Manual knob controls the delay time within the parameter selected or the pitch (depending on the mode) and the Mode knob is a 6 way selector to choose between the 6 available settings.

The 6 modes offered are 125ms, 500ms and 2s of digital delay, manual pitch shift, +1 octave and -1 octave.

Produced from October 1987 until March 1994.
