Made by the Fujigen factory in 1990, this ST57 model was a mid-range model '57 reissue from Fender Japan.
Alder body with a maple neck shaped with the classic '57 slim C neck profile (7.25" radius, 43mm nut, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3.2kg's. Loaded with the original Fender USA ST-VINTAGE pickups in the neck and bridge positions and an unknown neck pickup (stamped SC-A, cloth wire), die-cast bridge, vintage style tuners and Fender stamped saddles.
Reasonably good used condition for an 80's build as pictured with some basic dings/bumps as pictured. The finish is clean and there are no breaks or repairs. Given a full setup and service prior to listing including a fret polish and truss adjustment, there's some light pitting in the frets but they still play smooth and the straight neck plays well with a nice low action.
