Made by the Fujigen factory in 1990, the TL72 was a reissue of the regular '72 model Telecaster (rather than the more famous Thinline or Custom models from that era). With a solid Sen ash body bolted to a slim C profile one-piece maple neck (7.25" radius, 21 frets), it weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with the original TL-CURRENT pickups from Fender Japan controlled by full sized pots and a three-way selector along with Gotoh tuners and an ash-tray style bridge,  this one appears to be all original.

Good used condition as pictured with some basic wear from general use including some bumps to the finish, no breaks or repairs to be seen though. Given a setup and service prior to listing, the frets show some wear but have plenty of life left and play smoothly. The neck is straight with a fully functional truss rod.
