Made in Japan by Fernandes in 1991, the TEJ is an ultra-modern variation on the Fender Telecaster design. Basswood body bolted to a painted maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (13.75" radius, 648mm scale length, 43mm nut width), it weighs 3.6kg's.
Original Gotoh tuners and a pair of upgraded NOS Gotoh P90 pickups (professionally routed by our tech Vaughan) controlled by master volume/tone controls and a mini three-way selector.
Received a basic service prior to listing including new strings and a truss adjustment, plays and sounds great. Frets have some light wear but are shiny and play smoothly.
