Made by the Fujigen factory in mid 1991, the FGM100 was the signature model of Australian guitarist Frank Gambale. This is one of the initial run of FGM100's that was hand signed by Gambale at the launch event with the signature very faded but still visible on the back plate. These are a very rare model from the Ibanez back catalog with very few examples on the market.

Inspired by the S series 540S-LPF, the FGM100 is built with a mahogany body bolted to a Wizard maple neck with a 22 fret bound rosewood fingerboard (648m scale length, colour-matched sharktooth inlays) and weighs 3kg's.

Loaded with the original HSH configuration that features a Dimarzio Dual Sound and Dimarzio HS-3 in the bridge and middle positions and an Ibanez F1 in the neck. This one appears to be all original as pictured.

Well used players-grade condition as pictured with some sticker tan and cosmetic wear but no breaks or repairs. The neck is straight and plays well with life left in the original Dunlop 6230 frets.
