Made for only two years between 1992 and 1993, this is the 1992 version of the Ibanez EX3700 that featured 22 frets instead of 24 frets on the 1993 model. Made by Cort and sold only to the US market, the EX3700 features a basswood body with a bound flame maple top bolted to a one-piece maple neck and bound maple fingerboard (648mm scale length), it weighs 3.3kg's.
Loaded with an Ibanez EX tremolo system and gold hardware along with HSH pickups (XH2, XS3, XH1), this one appears all original from the factory.
Good overall condition for it's age with only basic wear and tear as pictured. The neck has the typical stress cracks at the nut bolts (purely cosmetic and the area has been glued and buffed smooth so it's not noticeable in the hand). The frets are clean with plenty of life left and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss rod.
