Made by Fujigen in 1993, this Fender Telecaster was one of the rare limited run models designed around the "Standard" series with a few factory cosmetic upgrades. We've seen only a small handful of few different models in this range including a Champagne Sparkle Stratocaster and a matching Sparkle Red Stratocaster with the same serial number scheme and headstock logo, seemingly made in very small batches.
Solid basswood body that wears a deep metallic sparkle red finish bolted to a maple neck with a silver "spaghetti" style Fender logo and modern string tree, it weighs 3.3kg's. Loaded with the original Gotoh tuners, Fender Japan pickups and Japanese pots/wiring, this one seems to be all original as pictured.
Good used condition as pictured with basic signs of wear from general use. Restrung and given a basic service prior to listing, the truss works well and the frets are shiny with light pitting but plenty of life left, the pots were flushed and lubed and the jack was cleaned.
