Made in Japan in 1993, the SV470's are fairly rare guitars from Ibanez that were only made for a couple of years. Super slim and compact body, weighs just 2.8kg's. Received a professional setup and service prior to listing, the truss is slightly tight but still has room for adjustment and the neck is straight with plenty of life in the frets.

The SV470 is a superstrat with a mahogany body and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard on a satin maple neck. The SV series is derived from the Ibanez S series but features a TZ-6 instead of the Floyd Rose type tremolos and a Viper neck (slightly thicker than the Wizard profile). 5-way selector with V1, V2 and S2 pickups.
