The closest thing you will get to a Japanese made Gibson is something with Orville on the headstock!
Made in Japan in 1993, the LPS-57C was one of the highly desired models at the top end of the Orville range that was factory loaded with a pair of Gibson USA PAF '57 humbuckers. Built with a mahogany body, carved solid maple top, a mahogany slim 60's neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.7kg's. Two of the inlays have been replaced and the tuners were swapped out for Gotoh's at some stage, otherwise it appears all original.
This guitar is in good overall condition as pictured with a small headstock break that was professionally repaired very recently. The area is rock solid and smooth to the touch. The frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should, received a full setup and service prior to listing.
