Made in Japan in 1997 by the Tokai factory, this JG66 Jaguar was a "Vintage Collection" model from Fender's "Collectors" series catalog.
Alder body with a maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius, 43mm nut width, 610mm scale length), it weighs 3.7kg's. Loaded with the original vintage-style tuners and classic Jaguar tremolo system, the previous owner swapped the pickups for a set of seldom seen Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Jaguar pickups that sound perfect.
Good used condition with basic signs of wear and tear as pictured. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts well, the frets have plenty of life and are shiny and smooth with only very slight playwear.
