Made by the Fujigen factory in Japan for distribution within the Japanese domestic market, the History ZLS100-CFS is a great example of how good modern Japanese build quality still is. Mahogany body with a thick solid maple cap (wearing laminate quilt veneer), slim 60's style mahogany neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (43.5mm nut width, 628mm scale length), it weighs just over 4kg's.
Factory loaded with Grover tuners and a Japanese bridge/tailpiece, this one's got a fresh set of Gotoh humbuckers installed along with a replacement volume and tone pot, otherwise it appears to be all original.
This one's in very reasonable condition with a few small bumps and dings as pictured. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, it's got shiny frets with plenty of life and a straight neck with a fully adjustable truss.
Sam (who works here) knocked this guitar over in store and broke the headstock so it's been professionally repaired. Ask him about it when you're in next time, let's never let him live it down!
