Built in 2006, this is Fender Japan's base model '62 Reissue Jazz Bass. Made in the Tokai factory, it's a basswood body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, weighs 4.3kg's. Appears to be all original except for a new tuner ferrule, loaded with the original Fender Japan pickups.
This one's been heavily used over it's life with plenty of bumps and dings as pictured. Received a professional partial headstock repair at the low E tuner, it's been drop filled with epoxy and buffed so it's smooth to the touch and very solid with no farther structural issues. The frets are shiny and smooth and the neck is straight with a fully adjustable truss.
