Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in 2017 (the same factory that made Fender Jazz Bass models for many years), the Basic Classic was FGN's simplistic Jazz Bass made for players and sold primarily within Japan.
Solid basswood body with a satin smooth maple neck and 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (39mm nut width), it weighs 4.1kg's.
