Tokai Talbo (short for Tokai Aluminium Body) guitars were introduced in 1980 and usually feature a cast aluminium body with a chamber underneath the pickguard. This one however features a wood body with a faded metallic green finish to give the Talbo shape with a more traditional tone. Rosewood board and a painted maple neck, loaded with a 5-way selector and HSS pickups (Gotoh humbucker and unbranded ceramic single coils), this one weighs 3.4kg's.
Good overall used condition as pictured with a few light signs of wear and tear. Truss works well and the frets are lightly pitted but play smoothly, given a basic setup and restring prior to listing. The previous owner added a few stickers to the body and a decal over the pickguard, both easily removable.
